The service includes delivery, setup, all the supplies, sticks, sugar, attendant, extension cables and tearing down at the end of the booking.
This service only includes the branded candy floss cart , attendant, supplies, branded candy floss sticks, early setup and collection.
We will need a phone number of the person in charge at the venue that day, details of where the candy floss cart will be located (if you’re not around when we will deliver it) and details of parking and loading bay if appliable.
Once you’ve decided to go ahead with the booking, we will send you an invoice which can be paid online. We accept Visa, Master Cards, American Express and Bac’s payment.
We do not accept cash on the day.
In order to secure the booking the full value of the invoice must be paid. Once the invocie has been paid your booking is confirmed.
Yes, you can. Our most popular flavours are pink strawberry, blue raspberry, yellow lemon, orange, purple grape or green apple. Our candy floss is suitable for vegans and is kosher and halal as well.
We appreciate that you may need to change your booking / order due to a number of reasons, should this happen we require you to notify us as soon as possible, all amendments will be subject to availability.
Yes. Due to the fact that most of our branding is done in house we can supply popcorn carts branded for next day events and same day events most of the time.
All booking can be cancelled up to 30 days before the event and will not incur any cancelation charges. Under 30 days cancelation we will retain the non-refundable £100 deposit which can always be used on future bookings.
