The service includes delivery, setup, all the supplies, extension cables and tearing down at the end of the booking. 

This service only includes the branded slush machine (with free delivery and collection), slushy syrup, branded cups , extension cables,  and instructions in how to use it

We will need a phone number of the person in charge at the venue that day, details of where the branded slush machine will be located (if you’re not around when we will deliver it) and details of parking and loading bay if applicable.

Once you’ve decided to go ahead with the booking, we will send you an invoice which can be paid online or over the phone. We accept Visa, Master Cards, American Express, Bac’s payment and PayPal.

We do not accept cash on the day.

£100 non -refundable deposit which will be deducted from the total balance. If you choose to pay a deposit initially the balance must be paid up to 7 days before the event.

Yes, you can. Our most popular flavours are strawberry and blue raspberries .Our slush is suitable for vegetarians but we cannot guarantee that is not free.

We appreciate that you may need to change your booking / order due to a number of reasons, should this happen we require you to notify us as soon as possible, all amendments will be subject to availability.

Yes. Due to the fact that most of our branding is done in house we can supply carts branded for next day events and same day events most of the time.

All booking can be cancelled up to 30 days before the event and will not incur any cancelation charges. On under 30 days cancelation we will retain the non-refundable £100 deposit which can always be used on future bookings.
