Frequently Asked Questions
The service includes delivery, setup (30 minutes to1 hour before the booking starts), attendant (if you’ve requested on in advance), all the supplies, cups, straws, slush syrup, extension cables and tearing down at the end of the booking. We never supply alcohol for the slush machines.
This service only includes the slush machine w/o stand (with free delivery and collection), slush syrup (if requested in advance), extension cables and instructions in how to use it.
We will need a phone number of the person in charge at the venue that day, details of where we should setup the machine (if you’re not around when we will deliver it) and details of parking and loading bay if appliable.
Once you’ve decided to go ahead with the booking, we will send you an invoice which can be paid online or over the phone. We accept Visa, Master Cards, American Express, Bac’s payment and PayPal.
We do not accept cash on the day.
£100 non -refundable deposit which will be deducted from the total balance. If you choose to pay a deposit initially the balance must be paid up to 7 days before the event.
Yes, you can. Our most popular flavours are red strawberry, blue raspberry, yellow lemon, orange, green apple and event cocktail syrups like margarita, strawberry daiquiri, mojito and gin & tonic. Our slushy is suitable for vegetarians and is nut free.
We appreciate that you may need to change your booking / order due to a number of reasons, should this happen we require you to notify us as soon as possible, all amendments will be subject to availability.
Yes. Due to the fact that most of our branding is done in house we can supply branding event for late bookings usually although it depends on what exactly you need done. We can also do branded slushy cups with your logo.
All booking can be cancelled up to 30 days before the event and will not incur any cancelation charges. On under 30 days cancelation we will retain the non-refundable £100 deposit which can always be used on future bookings.
