The dry hire of our branded popcorn machine includes the branding ( high quality images to be supplied by the customer in PDF format) ,machine w/o cart , popcorn scoop , delivery , setup , extension cables and collection at the end of the event.
We will need a phone number of the person in charge at the venue that day, details of where the branded popcorn machine will be located (if you’re not around when we deliver it) and details of parking and loading bay if applicable.
Once you’ve decided to go ahead with the booking, we will send you an invoice which can be paid online or over the phone. We accept Visa, Master Cards, American Express, Bac’s payment and PayPal.
We do not accept cash on the day.
In order to secure the booking the full value of the invoice must be paid. Once the invocie has been paid your booking is confirmed.
Yes, you can. Our most popular flavours are sweet and salty but you could also have caramel, pink strawberry, blue raspberry, yellow lemon or green apple. Our popcorn is suitable for vegetarians but we cannot guarantee that is not free.
We appreciate that you may need to change your booking / order due to a number of reasons, should this happen we require you to notify us as soon as possible, all amendments will be subject to availability.
Yes. Due to the fact that most of our branding is done in house we can supply branded popcorn makers for next day events always and same day events sometimes.
All booking can be cancelled up to 30 days before the event and will not incur any cancelation charges. On under 30 days cancelation we will retain the non-refundable £100 deposit which can always be used on future bookings.
