The service includes delivery, setup (1 hour before the booking starts), all the supplies( ready made popcorn and boxes) and collection. For exhibitions or llarge events the delivery and setup can take place the day before the event starts.
We will need a phone number of the person in charge at the venue that day, details of where the traditional cart will be located (if you’re not around when we will deliver it) and details of parking and loading bay if appliable.
Once you’ve decided to go ahead with the booking, we will send you an invoice which can be paid online. We don’t take cash on the day.
The invoice must be paid in full in order to confirm the booking,
We appreciate that you may need to change your booking / order due to a number of reasons, should this happen we require you to notify us as soon as possible, all amendments will be subject to availability
Yes. Due to the fact that most of our branding is done in house we can supply branding for late bookings usually although it depends on what exactly you need done.
All booking can be cancelled up to 7 days before the event and will not incur any cancelation charges. 7
